Representative Payee Program

Saint Matthew’s Representative Payee Program supports 150 clients in managing their Social Security benefits and achieving self-sufficiency.  Without the program’s service, clients would incur late fees, indebtedness, poor credit, homelessness, and more unemployment.

Our Outreach Mission

The goal of the Representative Payee program is to help clients obtain financial security. In addition to assisting with a stable disbursement of their funds, Saint Matthew’s staff and volunteers provide a positive influence in fostering independence by providing social support, serving as a role model, and providing community referrals.
